Most summer ball is all games and no growth. The ACDL flips it — five days a week of tracked training plus two reshuffled Navy-vs-White games a week, so you actually get better over the summer. Built and run by Atlantic Sports Performance.

Every summer the same takes flood your feed. Both miss it — reps you never test don't transfer, and games without a plan just add mileage. So we run them together.
Skip summer ball, live in the gym. Problem: work you never test under the lights doesn't carry over. You get stronger and still get exposed in a game.
Grind 40 showcase games all summer. Problem: nobody's fixing anything in between. You add mileage and repeat the same mistakes on tape.
Five days a week of measured training. Two games a week to prove it. The data tells you what's working — and what to fix before the next first pitch.
Train it Monday–Friday. Prove it under the lights.
