Pitching Performance · Hanover, MA

Velocity, command,a healthy arm.

We measure your delivery on motion capture and a force-plate mound, then build the plan off what we find. Train it here, or train it from home.

01 · Measure

This is what we see
when you throw.

Full-body joint angles and sequencing on every pitch. No suits, no markers. Drag it.

Assessment day · 60 minutes

Four things
we measure.

Same equipment MLB clubs use. Every rep you do afterwards traces back to something we measured here.

01 · Markerless 3D
Motion capture

Joint angles, sequencing, hip–shoulder separation. Frame by frame.

02 · Force-plate mound
Ground force

Where velocity actually comes from — back leg to front leg, rep by rep.

03 · TrackMan + video
Ball flight

Velo, spin, movement, release and command on every pitch.

04 · Arm care screen
Arm health

Strength and range of motion — so the plan builds velo without breaking you.

02 · Two ways in

Same system.
